All orders will be shipped within 24 hours (in most cases) via our courier partners. Personalized Packs are tailored to your needs. It may take between 1-2 business days to dispatch your order with Personalized Pack.

All products are shipped directly from our office based in bangalore, karnatak. We are associated with reputed logistic partners to help with quicker deliveries.

  • The proof of delivery should be signed when you receive the order. If you are not available to collect the order, please suggest an alternative, such as a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.

  • Ready care takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person.

  • Coupon codes, gift cards, promotional codes, affiliate codes or discount codes are applicable only on the products. The discount is not applicable on shipping charges, combos, or any ongoing offers.

  • Enjoy FREE shipping for orders above Rs. 999/- (Applicable only to Prepaid Orders).

  • 100/- for orders less than Rs. 999/- (Applicable for COD to Prepaid Orders).

  • 100/- default charges for COD.

Domestic Delivery

International Delivery

  • Normally, it would take us 4-5 business days to deliver across India. In rare cases, it may take a little longer if there is a festive season. Other external factors or natural calamities may also cause a delay.

  • All shipments will be delivered between Monday - Saturday from 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM.

  • Once an order has been dispatched from our registerd office, it cannot be cancelled.

  • You can cancel your COD or PREPAID order by sending us an email at info@readycare.in within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • In case of a damaged product, email us at info@readycare.in within 2 working of receiving the package.

  • We take 14 - 21 Business Days for International deliveries. In rare cases, this may take a little longer if there is a festive season. Other external factors or Natural calamities may also cause a delay.

  • Shipping and handling charges may vary based on:

    • Product

    • Packaging

    • Size

    • Volume

    • Type

    • Other Factors.

  • International deliveries may be subject to the CUSTOM DUTIES that the customer will have to pay for receiving the package. We only charge shipping fees and NOT FOR CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGE / IMPORT DUTY / OTHER APPLICABLE GOVERNMENT TAXES ON ARRIVAL IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY).

  • Once the shipment arrives in the DESTINATION Country and the customer refuses to pay the liable Customs charge, the package will be destroyed, and Ready care will not be responsible.

  • Orders once dispatched from our Registered office adress, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
